Green Carpet

I mowed my
grass today.
Making it look
like a rich green
carpet.
The sky so blue.
The sun kissed my
naked shoulder
as I mowed the lawn
in a tank top.
Feeling the burn
on my skin felt
good.
It has been coverd
up for the past 6 months.
The sun kisssing
my freckles and
making even more freckles on
my shoulders.
Listening to music as
a light breeze blowing
on me.
Cooling me.
All done.
The green
carpet looks so
beautiful.
I set down on my bench
looking over to my left.
The cows walking
so lazily.
Why not..
take your time
walk on the green carpet
enjoy the peace.
Two big bees
are fighting around my
head.
I ignore them as
I take my shoes and
socks off and
enjoy my Green Carpet
between my toes.
Letting the Sun
continue to
warm my shoulders
neck
and face.
Life should
be this peaceful
every second of
every day.
I will make it
so.
