Starting to Pack

I am starting
to pack.
2 trips back to back.
One business.
One Vacation.
One trip pretending
to be something
I am not.
The second,
I get to be myself
for a week.
They say a Vacation
is a time to Vacate
your life.
I say its
a time
to actually
Live the life
you were
supposed
to have.
I should be
living
by the water.
I should have
sand in my shoes...
always.
Small Tan
and riding
my bike to where
I need to go.
Never
using the car
unless I want to.
So I continue to
pack for my business
trip, that allows me
to have the life
I should have.
Either way
I will have sand in
my shoes.
Whatever
the Heart wants.
You will make happen.
Anyway you can.
