The Warmth of the Earth

I walk down to
the beach.
The sun Warm
and bright.
Not to hot
not to cold.
I spread my blanket
down on the warm
sand.
I lay my body
down
on the warm
sand.
It feels so good.
My back
legs and arms.
All the pain
from work
melts away.
The warm sand
takes my pain
and heals me.
I fall asleep.
When I wake up
I feel younger.
I feel healed.
I get up
The warmth
of the Earth
Heels me.
Now I just
need to work
on my heart.
