Blindness

You will
be blind.
You will
go Blind.
I hear it.
but at times
I do not
believe it.
I push
through.
I become
deaf.
Deaf to
my Blindness.
I can not
hear.
Do not want
to hear.
Even
though my
sight is
failing.
I will
always
see.
I will see
Life.
And I
pray
before I
go blind
I see you
my love
with my eyes.
If not
my heart will
lead me.
my heart will
see you.
For that
is not blind.
