It comes off in Sweat.

I am dancing
this morning.
and I can feel
my breathing
get heavier
and heavier.
I feel my heart
beating.
Beating with
the music.
At the same time.
My heart,
this beat.
I spin.
I sweat.
I feel so light.
I am a feather.
It feels like
I am floating.
All my pain,
my insecurities
come off in sweat.
out of my body.
When I am done
I am perfect.
Now just to keep
me this way.
