My feet are cold

I would lay
on the couch
and my feet
were always
cold.
You would
get up and put
socks on
my feet.
But you never
put the socks
on correctly.
They would
be sideways
and would
feel
strange on
my feet.
I would leave
them on
even though
they felt odd.
I did this because
at least you
tried.
