change is coming

I feel a major
change coming.
I know its
coming.
You go
through
your emotions.
I can do it.
then you
move too,
I am screwed.
then you go
to I will never
make it.
then you
move too
I can not
believe this.
then you move
too exhaustion
from thinking
too much.
then you sleep
it off hoping
its a dream.
then
you realize
you have
to face it.
And you
get up and
push through it
knowing
you will be just
fine.
Its one little
step.
Just make it.
shut up.
and move on.
