Lights

I walk through

The neighborhood 

At night.

All that

Shines are 

The street 

Lamps 

And the stars.

Dark clouds

Intertwine

Wih the 

Stars.

It's quiet.

All I hear

Are my 

Feet on 

The pavement.

I am starting

To really like 

Being alone.

The lights seem

To guide me.

As I walk 

I see a wild

Rabbit sitting 

Staring at me.

I stop.

I don't want 

Him to hop

Away.

He starts to 

Eat the grass and

I gently sit.

Just...

Be.

The rabbit 

Hops a little closer.

Perfect this

The stars
